Reiki Classes

At Transcendence we offer all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki (levels 1, 2 and 3) both in-person and online. We also offer Reiki Connection, a monthly communal space to help your learning and practice.

Reiki Classes

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful healing practice of Japanese origin that helps us connect to our inner ability to heal. Reiki works at all levels: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. No special skills or previous experience is required, only willingness to learn and an open heat to try. We offer Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki that consists of three levels. Both in-person and online classes are available.

Reiki Connection

We host a monthly group called Reiki Connection to support your learning and practice. Reiki Connection offers reiki practitioners of all backgrounds and levels the opportunity to learn, ask questions, share experiences, and practice giving and receiving healing within a fun and supportive environment. Sessions happen on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:30 pm to 8 pm on Zoom.

Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki

Throughout history there have been different types of Reiki, all adjusting to each era’s unique demands and needs. Holy Fire® was channeled by William Lee Rand and his spiritual advisor Janice Jones in 2014. Holy Fire® was offered as a more refined healing energy that contained a higher level of consciousness. Since first introduced, Holy Fire® has evolved and adapted to our needs, including the ability to teach and learn online, something that wasn’t possible prior to 2020. In 2022, there was a newer upgrade to Holy Fire® World Peace thereby activating in those who are willing to receive it a deep ability to manifest a new and powerful level of peace in the world.

According to William Lee Rand, Holy Fire® facilitates a sense of wholeness through four properties: Purification, Healing, Empowerment, and Guidance. Holy Fire® Reiki works at deep levels to help us become aware of our limitations and release them so we can become our authentic selves.

Reiki Connection

Level 1

In Level 1 students receive the first placement (previously called attunement) that activates the ability to use Reiki to heal yourself and others.

In this first course you will learn:

What Reiki is and what it is not
Brief history of Reiki and Holy Fire®
How Reiki Works
The Reiki Ideals
Overview of the chakra system, aura and meridians
The three pillars of Reiki and Reiki techniques, such as Gassho Meditation, Byosen Scaning, Reiji-ho and Kenyoku.
The basic and standard hand positions for both self-treatments and treating others

Reiki Class Policies and Administration Fees

Our classes are small in size to facilitate learning, therefore register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Payment needs to be submitted in full no later than two weeks prior to the date of the class.
There is a non-refundable fee of $50 in case of cancellations and a $100 recovery fee in case the cancellation happens three days prior to the workshop.
If you have not taken classes with Marialuisa, we need a copy of your certificates for levels 2 and up as well as for Reiki repeats.

Level 2

In Level 2 students receive the second placement (previously called attunement) to deepen their ability to channel Reiki and use the Reiki II symbols.

Topics covered include:

History and the use of Reiki II symbols
Distance healing and group treatments
Reiki techniques such as Gyoshi-ho, Jacki-Kiri and Joka-ho
Your manual will also include the Hayashi Reiki Healing Guide

Master Level

The Master Level, a very powerful and enriching level, provides deep healing and a richer understanding of your calling and true purpose in life. The Master Level also gives the student the ability to teach Reiki if they decide to do so.

The history and use of the Master and Holy Fire® Symbols
The concepts of the authentic self, the culturally-created self, and the dormant self.
How to use crystals and stones with Reiki
Techniques such as the Reiki Moving Meditation and Holy Fire® Meditation
The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master
Reiki code of ethics and standards of practice
Tips on how to start and grow a successful Reiki practice
Strategies to teach Reiki

Reiki Connection

Reiki Connection is a monthly group that offers the opportunity to those attuned into the energy of Reiki to share experiences, ask questions, learn from each other, and practice giving and receiving healing. All levels are welcome! This group is currently offered via Zoom. Participants need to be in a private and quiet space where they won’t be interrupted. Cameras need to be on. Proof of Reiki training is required.
