Events & Workshops
Transcendence Holistic Therapy Services offers a variety of personal development workshops and events delivered by fully trained professionals in a supportive, friendly and interactive environment for you to learn, share and meet other like-minded individuals.
Our setting allows attendees to learn holistic ways to take care of their physical, emotional, mental health, and overall well-being. Our classes are small in size and offered at convenient times. We strive to make your experience fun, inspirational, and productive. Attendees leave with useful tools and information that they can apply in their everyday lives.
Reiki Connection
Reiki Connection is a monthly group that offers the opportunity to those attuned into the energy of Reiki to share experiences, ask questions, learn from each other, and practice giving and receiving healing. All levels are welcome! This group is currently offered via Zoom. Participants need to be in a private and quiet space where they won’t be interrupted. Cameras need to be on. Proof of Reiki training is required.

Transcending, Mindfulness Meditation Group
Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult emotions, or pain; seeking ways to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence; or to feel more connected to your inner wisdom, mindfulness meditation is for you!
In the first part of the group we discuss a topic related to Mindfulness and self-care. We then meditate for 20-30 minutes, and at the end we share experiences if we feel like doing so. People participate at their own pace and level of comfort.
Participants need to be in a private, quiet space where they won’t be interrupted. Their cameras will need to be on.
You do not need any previous experience or special skill to participate, just an open heart and willingness to learn. Pre-registration required.

Sound Bath Healing Sessions
Treat yourself with a wonderful, relaxing Sound Bath! Sound baths are very relaxing meditative experiences in which participants lie down comfortably on a yoga mat while enjoying the healing power of sound. Excellent to release stress, find balance and align our chakras.
